Cabinets Chosen - Ramsjo (Black-Brown)

Will I be ok to be darker hardwoods with these dark cabinets?

1. Decision on Top Cabinets against plumbing Wall:
1. Glass Fronts (y/n)
2. Align with bottom cabinets or make them symmetrical?

Glass Fronts.  No standard frosting available.  Cabinets don't align between top and bottom.

Cabinets align top and bottom.  No Glass fronts.

2.  Decision on Cabinets for Island.  Have 9" inches to fill.  Options include:

1. 9" Wine shelf either end of island or next to pantry
2. 9" regular shelf either end of island or next to pantry
3. Change 24" base cabinet to a 30" base cabinet.  Not pictured.  It would be one of the base cabinets next to the stove.
4. Change 24" high cabinet (pantry) into a 30" high cabinet  (planning to use this to store the microwave in.
